Customers can now book service work directly from your websites booking tool and is fully integrated with the Mentor service booking diary and service prices. Web bookings are checked against your service diary technician availability, the job length and opening hours to ensure customers cannot overbook.
Service Web Booking Alerts
New web bookings made on your website will show as alerts on your Mentor service homescreen. Additionally, staff can be notified by email or SMS (depending on setup) when a web booking comes through
Web Booking Approval
New web bookings must be approved in order to add them as a new job on the diary
Service Web Booking List
Clicking the web booking alerts in the service home screen or pending web bookings in your WIP list will bring you too a web booking spesific WIP list
Service Plan Web Prices
Service plan prices that show on your websites service booking page can be editited directly in Mentor

You can also change your different service prices directly in Mentor
